Since at the clinic I deal with intraoral scanning and 3D models on a daily basis, so I thought about doing something extracurricular with the models themselves. Here’s a really basic animation I made with a piece of open-source software called Blender.

One of the most interesting things about this whole experience is that you really need to have a good grasp of how lighting works in real life, especially since the lights need to be moved around in 3D space. Pain and pleasure all at once.
